Over the years I have learned that relationships come and go, but the meaningful ones are here to stay. I know how it feels to experience relationship heartbreak with friends that left me crying. I have been in the room afraid to connect with experts, and left opportunities on the table from overthinking how to build with a business partner. Even the thought of me collaborating with others discouraged me from asking individuals for help. From my personal view on building healthy relationships, it is key to identify what boundaries are meaningful to you most.
For 8 years I have studied healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviors. This fuels my passion to promote healthy relationships. Now, I have been able to apply the best tips and exercises I wish someone would have given me a long time ago. Instead of developing a relationship with everyone else, I needed to take time to create my own healthy boundaries. Once I mastered how to honor my own boundaries, I started developing meaningful relationships that would help me grow my healthier lifestyle.
